Knife Sharpening / Re: Wicked edge for bevels?

I use a wicked edge more in reverse of what your saying but I really like your idea.
If I have a knife i want a very clean mirror bevel that needs a fair amount of grinding I start on the Tormek and finish on the wicked edge.
I know I'm somewhat repeating myself here.
These videos are fantastic for Tormek as they train the proper techniques the owners get more comfortable and confident with the use of their machines. I've had my 2000 for years and had an on again off again experience with it. The members of this forum have taught me a lot, and these videos are enhancing my knowledge. Satisfied owners are very likely no longer frustrated / discouraged with the results they're getting. Therefore the best advertising you can ever ask for, "positive word of mouth". Thanks Tormek keep them coming they just make an excellent product that much better.

Thank Wootz!  Always learn so much from you.
Looking forward to this one.  I hope you go over getting a slight radius on plane blades. I cannot attend live, or I'd submit the question then.
Thanks for doing these, the Tormek is much more useful therefore the cost of the machine makes more sense when you know how to use it at it's full potential.
Thanks Tormek, keep them coming.

Cool!  Looking forward to more training.
I have an old Super Grind 2000 that I've used for many years. Even though this video was very basic I'm so happy to see Tormek doing this. I work as a contractor for a company that manufactures high tech automotive equipment, part of my job is training how to use it properly and efficiently. My experience has proven that the better our customers know how to use our products the more new equipment we sell.  They are obviously much happier with their equipment when they know proper operation.
I believe the opportunity for Tormek to increase their business here is huge. Some of their jigs are very technical and expensive, I've held off on a few jigs because I haven't felt good about any of the YouTube videos showing how to use them. To have the manufacture trained reps do this helps insure that training being done showing is the way it was designed to be used.  I look forward to the more advanced techniques in the future but definitely was reminded of some bad habits I've acquired over the years. Thanks Tormek keep them coming.
Thank you for posting. Looking forward to it!
Received mine it works great!  Thx

Cbsx34 advise on using his software will make you very happy. As he stated you need a measuring device but the investment will be well worth it.
That is a very interesting stand. Can you supply the amazon link for it?
