Anyone got a method for sharpening those adjustable circle cutter blades?

Is this what you mean by "adjustable circle cutter blades"? If so, I would slide the universal support bar close to the grinding wheel (approximately 1/16" or 1mm) in the horizontal, grinding away position. Use the support bar as a grinding platform. With your grinding wheel grader fine, proceed cautiously.
