US-105

Just got the US-105 and the thumb wheel has numbers on it. I can not find anything on the box, there was no instuction leaflet and can't find any info in the manual.

My question concerning the numbers:

are they just for reference?

or does each number represent x inches of movement in or out?

They're just equal divisions for reference. Since the thread is metric, and it's divided by 6, the result isn't something either inchers or metric folk could use very easily.
