Is SharpToolsUSA on Vacation?

I've been trying to get ahold of SharpToolsUSA.com via email and phone for a couple of days.  Anyone know what the status is of the parts department?

I've had a very frustrating week, having received a Tormek 2000 from an eBay seller damaged in shipping.  I completely disassembled it and was hoping to get replacement parts overnighted when I found this web site.  Unfortunately, no answers, no replies.   :'(

I wonder how far FedEx had to drop the carton to cause the housing to be bent into a parallelogram with a 10 degree lean forward?  The top is one inch closer to me than the bottom.  This is some of the strongest steel I've seen.  It had to be a heck of a fall.  Broke the welds on the front of the two feet stretchers.  Oh, and broke the water tray.  Guy put it in the box fully assembled!  No insurance.  :(

Enough whining.  Hopefully I will be able to start learning how to use this wonderful machine soon.

Sorry, we were at the AWFS (furniture machinery and supplies) show in Las Vegas.  The hotel we were in had no internet hook up -- guess they wanted you in the casino instead of online!  :D
