Sharpen Straighrt Router Bits

I have the Tormek T-8, can it sharpen straight plunge and spiral router bits?

The DBS-22 seems to not be able to sharpen flat bits, it only goes up to a max of 150° for the point angle?

I don't know if it would be possible to sharpen the spiral and straight router bits you referenced. I do not think it would be cost effective. The Tormek is not designed for that work. There are specialized machines designed for that work. Unfortunately, you can easily spent several thousand dollars on one of these machines.

I would either buy new bits or deal with a reliable industrial sharpener. If the diameter of the bit is important, your best bet is a new bit.

Plus, theses bits need the helical sides sharpened also.  And there are so many configurations: up, down, & both.
