Hi all, have just recently got  T4 and have conditioned the leather honing wheel as per the instructions, however I can really notice the seam join while using it. It results in a bumpy feel.
Does this reduce with time or should I take some action to smooth it.
Cheers Pete

It may reduce slightly but will always be there. Other than the annoyance it is not an issue and will not affect the honing qualities. All you can do is live with it. Such a simple thing, you would think that there is a better way.
You can use less of more but you cannot make more of less.

Yeah I guess I was expecting it to be a smoother sensation but not a show stopper as you point out.
I might try a lite sanding on seam see if that helps.
