Interesting non-Tormek video about a knife restoration project. The Tormek could be utilized for the sharpenining.  :)

Looks more of a hobby project, I skipped parts of the video, I didn't see him temper the blade after quenching, if he drops it it may break in a few pieces, for me I would have reshaped the blade, but hey good project for him.
