Knife Sharpening

Hi all again,
Its Bob The Knife Grinder,
I must be on the 2nd or 3rd month now with my T7. This Machine is saving me a fortune compared to the Catra I100 with C.B.N. plated wheels.
I have only used about 5 degrees worth of grindstone in 2 to 3 months use. I recently sharpened in a carvery restaurant
16 x 12 inch carving knives and 17 utility knives of various sizes in 1 hour 15 mins. That is a cut in time of 25 minutes from the last time I was there.
The more I use it the quicker and more confident I get.
Please believe me when I say, " The Tormek T7 is the best sharpening machine you will get. ".
It is not the fastest, IT IS the most satisfying, IT IS the most cost effective. I am saving a fortune with this machine.
I only wished I had this 10 years ago.

As you gain experience and the knives you resharpen are closer to your specs, your efficiency will continue to get better. Good Job!

Please post any suggestions for improving the knife setting tool.
