Parts for SVD-185

I've lost the part of the SVD-185 that butts against the gouge when held in the jig (guess it just fell into shavings!). The knurled knob that screws into the jig is still there, of course, but I can't get a good mating surface without the end part.
How can I get a replacement? Is this included in the SVD-005 upgrade kit?

It is included in the SVD-005, but if you are in the United States, you can get just the clamping pad from Sharp Tools USA.
