I recently added the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig to my kit. It works well, however, I miss being able to adjust it between knives. Except when I am sharpening thicker knives or cleavers I will stick with the SVM-45. The adjustability allows me to sharpen and hone without making support bar adjustments when used in conjunction with the KS-123 acting as a Kenjig. Many knives work by just altering the clamping position to fit the baseline setting but others need adjustment of the SVM-45.

Now that I have both jigs I am satisfied but an adjustable KJ-45 would eliminate any need for a SVM-45.
Sharpen the knife blade
Hone edge until perfection
Cut with joy and ease

Yes! Me and others have been carping on about this for a while now. For us volume sharpeners it would be so good. Got to convince Tormek before someone else does it for them. It's surely in their interest business wise to develop this?
