Melbourne knife sharpener

Hey guys,one of my chef clients is moving to Melbourne
Any recommendations for a good sharpener there? He asked me if I knew anyone there.

I suggest you email Tormek (info@tormek.se) and request a list of resellers in Melbourne. That is not quite the same as a personal recommendation; however, you may get some useful referrals. Have your chef customer visit (interview) some local sharpeners. Bring a knife to be sharpened. compare your feelings and the sharpened knives.
