General Tormek Questions / Having problems with my Tormek!

Hi guys been a long time! I ran into a problem with my tormek were the bearings in the motor started grinding! Jeff if you read this do I have to send in the hole base to you or what is the procedure to fix it or replace it? Thanks Eddie!
