Hello all. New user getting started with a quick question please. What is the maximum height above the stone on a supergrind 2000 using the US 430? I have used the standard usb with an assortment of smaller blades and had good success but I have a few wide knives(smaller cleavers) that I want to sharpen. The standard usb doesn't have enough height and before spending the cash I would like to know if its gonna work. I use and app for setting the angles so I just need the max height from the 10" wheel to the top of the usb to find out what the limits are. Thank you in advance.
