Knife Sharpening / svm-45 why different angle on each side

Hello,

i started using my T4 a few days ago.. ok result ok kitchen knives.
But my Hultafors craftsman knife doesn´t work.
There will be a different angle on each side, because of the jig..
Anyone knows why?
