Has anyone figured out all the possible angles and nail grinds from the svd-185 and the tts-100? I am looking for a 40 degree angle with a setting of 4 or 5 for the finger nail.

It has too large a diameter to fit under the brass insert, even with the plastic piece removed. Is is possible to get just the brass insert so that I can modify it? Has anyone else done this? The flute is very large as well, it is a 5/8 bowl gouge, but the diameter is 3/4.

I just bought the tormek wood turners jig. I watched the video. I went to my mount my mahoney wood beater into the jig and it won't fit. Anybody got any solutions? It won't slide into the gouge holder.
