Knife Sharpening / which jig is best to start with? 45 or 140

Hi, I've just ordered a T4; I'll start practising on my own knives - will a SVM45 jig be ok for these - they're all pretty-much non-flexible knives, or do I need a SVM140 for the larger ones? Length ranges from 100mm to 240mm
