Hi,
The latest model of WM-200 goes to 10 degree, we changed that some years ago.
Regarding angles on Global knifes, they are between 10-15 degree each side when they are new.
I sharpen my Global/Japanese knives at 11 degree pr side. My other kitchen knifes at 15 degree each side. I find that this works good in our family, I sharpen my knives about once a year and hone them 2-4 times.
And with the Anglemaster you can test and find an angle that works for you and your way of using a knife.

There is no need for an upgraded motor on the T4, but the feeling is much more like the T7.

The T4 replaces the T3 and will be available in stores within some weeks, in some countries within days.

The Zink top can be compared to the tolerances of the T7, the T3 could not.

When and if there come´s a "T8", I let you know ;-)

The SVS-32 or SVS-50 would help you with those tools. Use a marker on the edge and adjust to you find the right spot.

As I wrote earlier, we attend as many shows and demo´s as possible but we cant be everywhere.
In the states the IWF is coming up in Atlanta, we will be there with our US agent. In Sweden I have a demo calender on the Swedish website and I could also have one on the English website.

Yes, you are wrong  We do have classes, in Sweden actually even at our HQ for teachers.

We also do store-demo´s and education in school´s by our self  but also with many of our agents around the world.

However, we have around 35 countries that sell Tormek and we are 2-3 persons trying to do our best to have demo´s and meet our customers.

Most of the agents are doing shows and store-demo's and even some stores has a Tormek in store with an staff trained.

We know that the stores needs education to learn about Tormek themselves and that's an ongoing work that we do all the time.

If you should send an e-mail to the support mail (support@tormek.com) we will normally answer within 24 hours during weekdays. I have not been so active at this forum but there is no bigger difference being here or at a fair or store demos these days. I do travel a lot bur try to check out the forum some times during the week.

If problems like this happens and we are closed, the agent in the users country are still open and they have been trained.
However, some problems are hard to find a reason for and then somebody at Tormek should be reachable.
I´ll do my best to check it and also the Tormek moderator does and has replied.

Kenny had really bad luck with this and I will do my best to help him.
