Hi,
If I want to sharpen a curved blade, is there any jig to help getting the specific curvature ?

Okay, kitchen knives.  Yes, there is a jig -- actually two jigs -- to control the curve when sharpening kitchen knives.  They are SVM-45 and SVM-140.
