Morakniv's "Edge Angles" (https://morakniv.se/en/morakniv-stories-en/edge-angles/) post helps explain their sharpening a bit more.

And a factory tour video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j02OFV5jC5k).

Interesting links, CB. Mora knives amaze me, so much bang for very little money. I presently have a band aid on my right index finger, proof positive that Mora knives are very sharp right out of the box. (I was removing my new Morakniv from its plastic sheath. My grip was not quite. The tip ended up in my index finger. CAVEAT: Those of us like me who are on prescription blood thinners should be especially careful.

25,000 knives per day.  Amazing!
