Any ideas where I can find screws and nuts for gingher shears? They are left handed if that matters. Thanks

I'd try contacting the company, usually these screws tend to be anything but standard.
Gingher belongs to Fiskars now, so warranty@fiskars.com would be the right place to ask.

If you can figure out the thread pitch/size, mcmaster carr has EVERYTHING.
Check wolffindustries.com. They sell screw kits for scissors.
