We can sharpen serrated edge with the Spyderco Sharpmaker.
And LA-120 has the same shape as Sharpmaker, and the angle is equally 60 degrees.
So, is it possible to hone the serrated edge with LA-120?

I'm sure it could with some modification... but with the stock setup, I don't think there's enough side room to maneuver a knife. Should be solvable with an extension to allow for more clearance.
I have had pretty good success with serrated knives with a Princess Auto buffing/polishing kit. It is pissy and slow, but as long as you have the patience you can hone each scallop back to a razor and then I deburr flat on a treated stone or a piece of waxed cardboard. Don't use the leather wheel as the scallops will chew the leather the first time you move. I ate the cost of a new one to pass this on.
