I finally got some sharpening jigs. Prior to this I've always just done things by eye. The youTube videos speak of the recipe, but despite searching I can't find a booklet, cheat sheet, source for this information. If someone could direct me to one, I'd really appreciate it.

"The formulas" were in a booklet which was part of the Woodturner's Information Box. (The box also included a well done DVD which included both sharpening and usage.) It was listed until recently. I suggest you email Tormek support
(support@tormek.se). They may be able to locate and send one to you.
I don't know if there would be a charge or not for this. The Box used to sell for for $30US. If, by chance, there might be a charge, I have found the Information Box very helpful.

Most Tormek jig settings are documented in the Sharpening Handbook (https://www.SharpeningHandbook.info).
Rich's Sharpening Handbook is a valuable reference. I encourage you to look it over.
I consider the Woodturner's Information Box to be among Tormek's most useful training aids. The booklet was written by Torgny, the inventor of the Tormek. Jeff Farris, the founder of this forum, made the video, originally a VHS. The information is solid and well presented. The video is formatted to allow watching both the sharpening and tool usage sections or just either one. Jeff is a very accomplished turner and was on the committee which put together the booklet. Unfortunately, the video was made long enough ago (on a very old SuperGrind). I hope a forward looking marketing department will not condemn it due to longevity. Please do not misunderstand me. I find the present Tormek videos well done. I just think very highly of the video in the Information Box.
