Title: Wheel holders for the non-Tormek benches/cabinets.
Post by: SergeiDubovsky on October 20, 2022, 07:30:25 PM
I want to use a wheel hook similar to TS-740 with a Husky/Seville/HomeDepot bench or cabinet. Something like wall plate with baby stud in photo lighting:

Anyone have any ideas what we will be a good candidate for this DIY?

Thank you.

Use a bolt like this https://www.mcmaster.com/91247A558/ (https://www.mcmaster.com/91247A558/), and saw off the head.

I like the bolt shown, although I prefer to grind off just enough for the head of the bolt to easily clear the bore of the grinding wheel. That leaves a shoulder to help keep the grinding wheel in place.
It's a good illustration, although any good local store should carry the bolts, nuts, washers, etc.
