Neat and high tech sharpening. Like your cutting tests and your tidy workplace  :)
I see in your videos that your 110-115 BESS edges are a page from the past, and your knives now score insane 75 BESS.

Thank you wootz. But I'm not satisfying with that. My goal is 50 BESS :)

I found this video technically well done, but frustratng. I do not like the "instagram mentality". The knife was obviously sharp, however, the video did not give a Tormek user or potential user much of a road map. No mention was made of the grinding angle or how it was determined. Neither was any mention made of how the grinding wheel was graded.

I understand the purpose of these short instagram clips. They are like an appetizer designed to wet someome's appetite. My frustration is that Tormek all too often forgets the main course when making videos.
