On my next around the world trip, I plan to include a class with forum member Robin Bailey in the UK.
Today I became aware of the second stop of my tour: Another of our members, Wootz, is offering classes in Australia.
I believe there is no better way to get started with the Tormek than one on one instruction with a good teacher. Even after decades of sharpening and eight years with the Tormek, I am quite sure I could learn a lot from Robin and Wootz. I would suggest including both in your next family vacation.
