I need to sharpen my Stanley block plane blade.
The blade is too thin to be clamped in the SE 76 jig.
Does any any one have any tips please?

Welcome to the forum, Woody. I tried two old Stanley block planes in my SE-76. Both fit fine. They are both .084" thick. How thick is your blade?

You might try using one or more business cards as shims. Keep us posted.
