Can you remove the handle?  Does the handle interfere with clamping the blade in the SVM-45 knife jig?

Does it have a single handle in the middle, two handles – one on each end, or a half circle handle attaching at each end?  If you can simply clamp the blade in the knife jig it should be relatively easy. You may need to reposition the blade in the jig a couple of times, but it should work.

Another option would be to make something like Herman's HK-50.  This is very useful to have for many types of blades.

Another option would be just sharpen it freehand.

One way or another, you should be able to do it.

Welcome to the forum Fatsola! :)

You can sharpen single blade semi-circular herb cutters using the tool rest SVD-110, provided that the handles do not collide with the platform surface. Alternatively you can use the support plate of the scissors jig, which is much smaller than the one of the tool rest.

If the problems with the handles persist, you can rest the chopper blade directly on the universal support.

P.S.: There a nice Italian name for herb chopper, mezzaluna, which means "half moon".  :)
