Im still really new to this and Im a little confused when it comes to sharpeing the curved portion of a knife. Ive seen videos where the person rotates the jig parallel with the support when they get to the curve , and and ive also heard to lift the end of the knife upward and out. Clarification?
Lifting the handle is the correct method.
