Before posting this I sent several emails to support. They were all answered well and promptly. Many questions can be answered on the forum. I have been amazed over the years with some of the insights of the forum members. Our members have very diverse backgrounds and areas of knowledge. I have learned a lot from the forum and encourage members to post both questions and responses.
Some questions may be beyond the experience range of our members, particularly questions dealing with new or unusual jigs. For those questions, I would encourage people to email support in Sweden. Hopefully many of these questions and answers will also be posted on the forum.
