Hello,
Can an SVD-185 gouge jig be used on an Supergrind 1200 ? I can't see anything listed about their compatibility.

I am a little shocked no one chimed in yet. The 185 is an upgraded 180, that should be in your manual, and it works with the T3 and now the T4 so it should work just fine with your 1200.

I've been using the SVS-40 jig and have found it difficult to keep the correct angle on the whole surface of the gouge. I'll try the 185 - it looks as though it will fix my problem.
