Hello there! I just received my new T-7 Anniversary Edition and I can't wait to get started sharpening some knives. I have a question about the included DVD though...it will not play on my TV or PC DVD players. It says something about a different system. Has anyone else had that problem?

Does the DVD region code on the DVD match the one on your DVD player? For example, North America is region 1, and Europe is region 2. If you have a region 1 DVD and you're in Europe with a region 2 player, you'll have a problem.
YouTube has all the videos, just do a Google search.
