Hi
I have registered my new Tormek T7 - and was wondering how I claim my free knife. I have just read on in a magazine that I should have entered "Free EKA knife" in the comments box. Needless to say I didn't do this.

So how do I now go about claiming the knife.

Call or send an email to them explaining the situation.

I have sent an email - but no reply :( I really don't want to make the international call to Sweden that is going to cost!
Would have thought a simple email would be sufficient will try again.

Not what i was expecting from the reputation Tormek have

Contact whoever you bought your machine from - maybe they can help. It's been my experience that it can take a few days for Tormek to reply to e-mails.
