Hi All

Ok

Here is a really dumb question, what is the correct angle for plane irons? Spoke shave irons, etc etc?

Plane irons and spoke shave irons should be ground at 25 degrees.  For "etc. etc. etc." check out the TORMEK Owner's Handbook -- they're almost all covered.
