Hello -

I have a large roughing gouge (Crown specs as 3/4") that does not fit into the tool holder of the SVD-185 jig. Any suggestions?

Seems the SVS-50 will work on the Work Sharp 3000 with the tool bar attachment.

The SVD-185 would not be appropriate for a roughing gouge. You want the straight across grind delivered by the SVS-50.
