Title: Tormek 2000 and truing tool
Post by: Rich102 on October 11, 2010, 06:44:55 AM
Hi,
I have an early model Supergrind 2000 and am using  an ADV-50D Truing tool with a XB100 Horizontal base.
I like the idea of the newer truing tool. What parts do I need to run the new truing tool?
Thanks,
Richard.

Richard, you need a newer US-105 (the bar that supports the jigs) that has the micro-adjuster on it. That's it.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for that.
Isn't the diamond dresser different though?
Richard.

Sorry, yes, of course it is. I meant that once you have the new truing tool, the only thing different that you need to use it is the new US-105.
