Title: Flexcut and the SVS-32
Post by: Tony29 on October 22, 2012, 05:03:53 AM
I tried to sharpen a Flexcut regular sweep gouge with the SVS-32 jig.  Because the gouge has a flat shank, it did not roll evenly and did not follow the sweep of the bevel.  How do I sharpen the Flexcut gouges???

The SVD-185 works great on the Flex-Cut tools, since the axis of rotation is in the jig and it does not rely on the shape of the tool.
