Tormek has an ax jig, the SVA-170... seen HERE (https://www.tormek.com/usa/en/grinding-jigs/sva-170-axe-jig/) ... for axes.

Or are you looking for something else?

sva 170 is for normal axes with about 10-20 cm length of ax head. These axes on the picture are 20-40cm long. So the 170 jig comes for the stone, so I do not get the right angle on the edge.

Ah... cool.

Only thing I can think of (I'm not an ax sharpener though) is Herman's  "Knife Rest" jig... might work for what you're looking for.  Here's the thread...

... and a video on how it works...

...if this doesn't work, I'm sure an actual "ax sharpener" will be along to help out. ;)

You might also look at this thread for some ideas...

... about 1/2 way down the first page, there's a post where Jan uses a clamp instead of the ax jig.  (Might spark some ideas).

Hope that helps. :)
