Title: Cutting Machine round plates

is there a way to grind the round plates of cutting machines for ham on a Torkmek?

Ernst,

Are you talking about one of the deli-style meat slicers with blades that are about 14 inches in diameter?

I am talking about smaller blades of ca 6 inch.
