Making the KJ-45 and the KS-123 more efficient

I run a knife sharpening business and have developed and produced a retrofit for the KJ-45 to make it more like the SVM because adjusting the height of the bar is very cumbersome when you are doing a lot of knives. We set to 140mm projection and generally keep the height of the bar the same (cleavers are an exception). We micro-adjust on the fly to match bevel angles. We spend VERY little time on setup because of this. I keep thinking I should do a setup time race on 5 or 10 different size knives to show the difference, I'm sure it would be quite significant.
