No, the LA-145 only fits the smaller "T-4 size" machines.  The Supergrind uses the LA-220.

Depending on the nick, you might be able to sand it down and smooth it over a bit... since the leather wheel is used turning away from the edge, a nick doesn't mean it's no longer usable (depending on how bad it is of course.)  There also may be option of replacing the leather (although I haven't done it myself.)  You might consider contacting Tormek support and see what they say.
