motor making scratching noise every rotation

Hello all,
 I was working normally, nothing crazy then i heard a scratch sound coming from the motor. Took off the wheels and spun it with my hand and it sounds like something is rubbing about every half rotation. Any thoughts on how to fix that or whats going on?
