DR Chipper blades

A friend has a DR Chipper .  The blades are about 1/4 inch thick and need to be sharpened to 45degrees.  Can the planner jig do this?

Yep, I do mine 3 or 4 times a year.  

Keep your grader handy, chipper blades lead a hard life, and you'll have quite a bit of steel to remove. Use the coarse side of the grader aggressively every 10 minutes or so.
