How do people set up their work space to avoid repetitive motion injuries?

Hi everyone,

I'm a knife sharpener in the northeast. I use a T-8 equipped with two CBN wheels for most of my work, and usually do somewhere between 4000 and 6000 knives per year. Everything works well except that I keep getting injured, even though I'm young and healthy. I've had lots of back and neck issues and recently hurt my shoulder. I'm just wondering if anyone has run into similar problems, or might have suggestions about ways to do this work more safely and comfortably. I've experimented with the height and angle of the Tormek and do lots of stretches and back exercise.

Anyway, just curious if there's some wisdom out there.

Thanks
