My Ezylock get stucked everytime I put it on. Have tested three times now. Have to use a channelock/heat it with a heat gun to get it loose every time. When I put it on I do not use any force, just turn on and let the machine do the rest.

Have investigated the treads on the shaft and the not. Cannot see any damages, but I am not an expert and do not know what I am looking for.

Store the Tormek in an unisolated house where the temperature is around 3 degrees celsius now. But I live i Norway, only hours drive from their factory, so I should work in the climate here.
Do not understand what I am doing wrong.

I've had the same thing once and know what you're talking about.

Are you sure you're trying to remove it the right way by holding the honing wheel in place and just turning the stone clockwise, with a bit of momentum?

Edit: Here's what I mean, around 4:40'  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IX96a9WoAJE
(of course you'll have to do it a little more determined, if it's aready stuck)

I have had something similar happen with a string trimmer. If I tightened the retention nut by hand just a little instead of letting the machine tighten it by running, it is a lot easier to loosen. The machine will tend to tighten the nut itself by the act of just running normally. Tighten the nut yourself so that it is snugged by you. Do not let the machine tighten it by running normally. Of course you must also turn it in the correct direction as well. Be sure of the direction and hold the nut with something. While you hold it, turn the wheel by hand not letting the tool you are holding the nut with move and see if that helps.
You can use less of more but you cannot make more of less.
