Transferring the Tormek Warranty

A friend who lives in another State bought a T-8 back in January of this year.  But he has decided he does not want it and I am making him an offer on it.
He said he never registered it.  Would I be able to get the warranty on it into my name?

You should contact Tormek (info@tormek.se).

Once you have the OK from Tormek, by all means, register your machine online through the website. In addition to the warranty, registering your machine allows you to download the current handbook and future editions of the handbook.

My original T7 was stolen. Since I had registered it, Tormek was able to email me the serial number for the police report.
