I've got the 5, 6 and 8 inch ones Victorinox Fibrox knives.  Thin blade, light weight.  Personally I prefer something with a little more heft, especially for hacking a  large squash in half, but they really are ok. .  Pretty good deal for $20-$25 each.

Good point there Herman.  Maybe I'm not being fastidious enough honing.  I'll have to throw one under the ole microscope and have a little look-see.
