Stone diameter guage for Jeff

Jeff, in one of your earlier replies, you stated "The sticker will not do you any good unless you have the frame with the beveled front (in which case you would already have it).  The stone diameter gauge will not work with the square frame machines."  

Is the stone diameter gauge the same as the angle guage where you can correct the angle for stone diameter? I just ordered one as my old system had the flat yellow plastic guage without dials. If so, why won't it work?

No, the AngleMaster set-up gauge works fine with any machine of any age -- even grinders that (gasp!) aren't TORMEK.

The newer machines have a sticker on the face of the machine that measures the diameter of the stone.  You have to use a ruler -- other than that there's no difference between old and new.
