I just registered my new tormek and was wondering how to request the fre knife offer?

  I just did the same thing yesterday.  You will get an e-mail from Affinity
Tool Works telling you how to download the rebate form.  Then you can
either mail, e-mail, or fax the completed form along with a copy of your
purchase reciept back to them.
