pruning shears and loppers

I have viewed the videos and other info on the web site.  You mentioned being able to sharpen hedge trimmers.  My wife wants to know if she can sharpen her pruning shears and loppers?

Bypass pruners can be done by taking the tool apart and sharpening the top blade with the scissors jig and honing the inside face of the bottom blade on the side of the stone to cut it flat.  

I have not done anvil blades....yet.
